Not exactly the type of gun reform that I have in mind. :) Grossman’s On Killing lays out a compelling argument based on the military’s studies but also based on historical accounts. The remarkable thing, Grossman argues, isn’t how many combatants were killed in the US Civil War, WWI, WWII, etc, but that way more weren’t killed.
