I recently talked with an LGBTQ Christian (not Mike) who feels called to celibacy and believes others may also find celibacy life-giving if they feel called to it. Some straight Christians have felt called to celibacy for a long time, so I think the “be celibate if called to celibacy” position has some merit and value. I agree, however, that Christians should not insist on celibacy for others, straight or gay. Thanks again for reading.
