There's precdent for the U.S. Supreme Court to correct past mistakes. Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board of Education provide the best example. But when one justice after another says to the Senate, "I respect precedent, and Roe is precedent," only to overturn Roe at the first chance ... and five of those justices were appointed by presidents who lost the popular vote but won b/c of the undemocratic electoral college ... and 60% of Americans favor abortion rights ... well, you see the problem for democracy.
