Well, Jim, let me know the next time a Black kid does what Rittenhouse did and gets the benefit of the doubt in the statute’s wording, or the next time a mostly white state passes a carve-out for predominately Black activities that allow Black kids such benefits under the law, and then maybe we can talk about my “racism.” Smh.
